Mercy Health have a 2 stage development plan to increase the existing 60 place Mercy Place Shepparton Aged Care Facility to 120 places.
The stage 1 works designed by PTA Architecture consisted of a 30 place extension to the existing home, providing a variety of new living and dining areas all centered around a internal landscaped courtyard.
The core feature of the design is the community kitchen, providing a central activity focus including an interactive kitchen and a breakfast bar acting as a community hub for the residents.
